Saving Huey’s Reading Program

Huey’s Heroes Reading Program (Saving Huey Foundation) meets every Wednesday at Animal Friends of the Valleys (33751 Mission Trail, Wildomar, Ca 92595) between 3:00 – 4:30 pm! Reservations are no longer required.
Readers can earn weekly prizes while strengthening their reading skills and making a difference in the life of a shelter animals. This program is open to all ages and readers need only offer 30 minutes of their time to earn attendance credit.

Microchips for area residents! Vouchers for residents of Canyon Lake, Temecula & surrounding county areas.

Animal Friends of the Valleys and the cities of Canyon Lake, Lake Elsinore, Wildomar and Riverside County have partnered and are offering $5 microchips to pets in these cities and the unicorporated area of Riverside County (serviced by the Wildomar shelter).

AFV and the city of Temecula have partnered to offer FREE microchips for their pets. Microchipping will be available while funds last!

Additionally low income residents in Canyon Lake and the unincorporated area of Riverside County are being offered FREE spay/ neuter vouchers. Proof of residency and income are required. To qualify as low income an individual must have a maximum annual income of $37,550, a household of 2-$42,950, a household of 3-$48,250 and a household of 4-$65,000.

FREE Spay/neuter vouchers for all Temecula residents are available while the funds are available.
